Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible State SLP Licensure
  • Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
  • Dedication to fostering growth and confidence in students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students using standardized tools to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
  • Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings, focusing on speech articulation, language development, fluency, and voice
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students and document goals, progress, and outcomes
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and adhere to ethical, state, and federal compliance guidelines
