Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible State SLP Licensure
- Either Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Dedication to fostering growth and confidence in students with diverse backgrounds and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students using standardized tools to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
- Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group settings, focusing on speech articulation, language development, fluency, and voice
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings to advocate for students and document goals, progress, and outcomes
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and adhere to ethical, state, and federal compliance guidelines
