Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or pending Colorado SLP license
- SLP-CCC or actively completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Familiarity with IEP process, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Compassionate, collaborative, and highly organized
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and timely progress reports
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and support staff
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and education for staff and families on speech/language strategies
