Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Arizona SLP license (or willingness to obtain before start date)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and elementary school populations
- Ability to develop IEPs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with families and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for K–5 students
- Implement evidence-based therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per state and school guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment that supports all students
