What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid California state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with students across K-12 grade levels with diverse needs
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and targeted interventions
- Deliver direct and consultative therapeutic services to students in both individual and group settings
- Maintain detailed, accurate student records and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with faculty and families, and support ongoing progress monitoring
- Provide guidance and training to school staff as needed to ensure continuity of care
