Exciting opportunities are available for experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) seeking a meaningful, short-term contract in a supportive school district setting near Delray Beach, Florida. This assignment runs from June 10th to July 16th, 2026, and offers a part-time schedule ranging between 22 and 26 hours per week across multiple locations in the area. All positions are on-site only and are not currently open to virtual or VOCO arrangements.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Florida SLP license (Department of Health)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; not accepting CFs or SLPAs for this role
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work with elementary, secondary, and PreK-12 caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Clearance of fingerprint-based background check and ability to secure a JLA badge per district requirements
- Successful completion of an internal video interview as part of the selection process
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students at multiple assigned school sites
- Manage and document caseloads according to district and professional standards
- Engage with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and therapy plans
- Work onsite Monday–Thursday following school-specific schedules between 7:30 AM and 3:45 PM
- Provide services across a variety of age groups, from elementary through high school
