Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligibility for) state licensure and required certifications
- Clinical experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Dedication to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose communication and speech disorders
- Develop and manage IEP goals, ensuring compliance and progress monitoring
- Provide direct therapy to students in individual or group settings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school policies and regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional training, and school initiatives as needed
