Step into a meaningful contract role supporting early learners as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving an early childhood/preschool population. You’ll be providing direct services, assessments, and therapy for young children in a dynamic and supportive educational setting. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing treatment plans for preschool-aged students
- Delivering individualized and group therapy sessions onsite, in collaboration with teachers and support staff
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with educational standards
- Participating in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and collaborating closely with families to support each child’s goals
- Engaging in ongoing communication with team members to ensure continuity of care and optimal student progress
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP state license and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience as a school-based SLP, particularly with early childhood or preschool population
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication development in young children
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work exclusively onsite
