Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Oxford, MI

Key Qualifications:
- Hold current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Michigan state SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting, ideally within early childhood or preschool environments
- Strong collaborative skills to work closely with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver direct services and therapy in individual and small group settings to promote language growth and communication skills
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate interventions into the classroom setting
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and perform assessments as required
- Support development of IEPs and participate in eligibility and annual review meetings
