School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Davison, Michigan

Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting, preferably with early childhood or preschool-aged children
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and school staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to young learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to an early childhood/preschool caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams in the school
- Deliver direct and indirect intervention, both individually and in group settings
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation as required by school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to planning, and offer guidance on speech and language development within the early education environment
