School-Based Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) – Full-Time
Positions Available: 2 Immediate Openings (Elementary & Middle School)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
Setting: K–8 Public School District
Overview
We are actively seeking two passionate and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students for the upcoming school year. We have two distinct, full-time openings—one dedicated to our elementary campus and one at our middle school campus. Both positions offer strong on-site district support, multidisciplinary collaboration, and structured caseloads.
Available Positions
Role 1: Middle School SLP (Grades 7–8)
Caseload: Approximately 40–45 students
Setting: Single middle school site
Focus: Articulation, receptive/expressive language, executive functioning, pragmatics, and IEP support tailored to adolescent learners.
Role 2: Elementary School SLP (Grades K–4)
Caseload: Approximately 55 students
Setting: Single elementary school site
Focus: Foundational language development, speech sound disorders, literacy support, early intervention, and small group/individual direct therapy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations.
Develop, implement, and track individualized IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy in individual and small group service delivery models.
Collaborate closely with general education teachers, special education teams, related service providers, and parents.
Participate in annual IEP meetings, progress reporting, and state/district compliance documentation.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
Active state SLP license (or eligible to obtain prior to start).
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; exceptional Clinical Fellows (CFs) and traveler candidates with strong school-based experience are welcome to apply!
Prior school-based or pediatric clinic experience preferred.
