Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and deliver tailored therapy and interventions, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and promote carryover of skills into the classroom
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
- Support and mentor, as appropriate, depending on experience (support provided for SLP-CFY)
- Stay current with best practices in the field to ensure high-quality, evidence-based services
