- Eligibility for state licensure or SLPA certification
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus, though motivated SLP-Cs and SLPAs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational talents
- Collaborative spirit and passion for helping students succeed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative services for students individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to encourage generalization of skills
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Support and mentor students throughout their development, measuring progress regularly
