Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid MN SLP license (required to be presented for consideration)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience providing SLP services in school or early childhood settings
- Strong understanding of ECSE caseloads (ages 3-5)
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to early childhood students, focusing on communication, articulation, language, and social-pragmatic skills
- Conduct evaluations and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and other specialists to create a supportive educational experience
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and service delivery in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and professional development as required
This contract role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 37.5 hours per week, giving you time to focus on meaningful interventions and connections.
