Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Andover, MN

Desired Qualifications:
- Active license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience with school-aged children or prior school-based SLP work is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Compassion, flexibility, and strong organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Provide direct individual and group speech-language therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, goals, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input toward student growth
