- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders

- Collaborative mindset for partnering with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational and communication skills
What you’ll do:
- Conduct evaluations and screenings to identify speech and language concerns
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans for students, from preschool through high school
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide direct and consultative services, both individually and in group settings
- Adapt strategies to accommodate various learning styles and cultural backgrounds
