Your expertise and compassion will empower students with a range of communication needs, including articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication-related challenges. You’ll play an integral role not just in assessment and treatment but in fostering student growth alongside families, administrators, and fellow service providers.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Minnesota SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working within a school setting is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Your Role Will Include:

  • Providing direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K–5 caseload (40–45 students)
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Completing assessments, progress reports, and maintaining compliance documentation
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and related service professionals
  • Supporting inclusive classroom practices and participating in IEP meetings
