School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Osseo, Minnesota

Your expertise and compassion will empower students with a range of communication needs, including articulation disorders, expressive/receptive language delays, pragmatic language deficits, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, fluency disorders, and other communication-related challenges. You’ll play an integral role not just in assessment and treatment but in fostering student growth alongside families, administrators, and fellow service providers.
What We’re Seeking:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Minnesota SLP license, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working within a school setting is highly valued
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork abilities
Your Role Will Include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse K–5 caseload (40–45 students)
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Completing assessments, progress reports, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Collaborating with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Supporting inclusive classroom practices and participating in IEP meetings
