What you'll bring to the team:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP license in Maine or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with school-based IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Primary responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for students
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain up-to-date documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state/federal guidelines
- Supervise or mentor SLPAs or CFs, as appropriate
- Provide consultative support and in-classroom strategies to educators
- Attend IEP and team meetings, contributing your expertise to student planning
