A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students ranging from kindergarten through grade 12. This role primarily focuses on working with elementary school students (grades K-5) but includes opportunities across all K-12 grade levels. Position is based in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for students
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student communication goals
  • Providing direct speech-language therapy services to students
  • Monitoring and documenting student progress

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with children in an educational environment, particularly in elementary grades
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with school staff and families

  • Compensation ranges from $36.52 to $50.62 per hour
