Key Qualifications:
- Active Kentucky SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably within a school environment
- Expertise in both traditional and teletherapy service delivery models
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, either onsite or remotely
- Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide progress monitoring, IEP updates, and therapy documentation in accordance with district and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support students’ holistic development
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff consults, and professional development as needed
