Qualifications & Skills:
- Active Kentucky SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Experience in schools, particularly elementary settings, preferred
- Demonstrated ability in early elementary speech/language screenings
- Skilled in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to elementary-aged students across three schools
- Conduct early screenings to identify children in need of intervention
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Document progress and maintain compliance with all regulations
