School Speech Language Pathologist - Olathe, Kansas

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Kansas SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) considered
- Experience conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and delivering therapy in schools is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess students to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in accordance with student needs
- Provide therapy through individual and group sessions within the school environment
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ progress and integrate strategies into classroom activities
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment, and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
