Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP licensure and certification for the state of Kansas
- Prior experience working in educational or pediatric settings preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments of students' speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each student’s unique goals
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEPs
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reporting for compliance purposes
- Work closely with educators, parents, and administrators to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Provide guidance and resources to school personnel regarding speech and language development
