What we’re seeking:
- Active Kansas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to work on-site or via a hybrid model
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered interventions
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide therapy across either elementary or middle school caseloads as assigned
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings with caregivers and team members
- Collaborate with general and special educators, families, and administrators
- Support academic progress through speech and language intervention, consultation, and advocacy
