School Speech Language Pathologist - Cottonwood Falls, KS

This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time options within supportive educational environments, serving students across elementary and middle school settings. Current openings include:
- Middle School (Full-Time): Work with a caseload of 45–50 students across two schools.
- Elementary School (Full-Time): Manage a caseload of 50–55 students across two schools.
- Elementary School (Part-Time): Support a caseload of 20 students.
Essential qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Kansas SLP license (KS SLP License required)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Experience or strong interest in working within school-based settings
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Comfortable providing in-person, virtual, or hybrid services
What you'll do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-8 students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and resources to staff and families
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring documentation
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning
