Key Qualifications:
- Active Kansas SLP License (required)
- ASHA CCC or CFY candidates welcomed
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially within school settings, preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers
- Commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, articulation, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Consult with teachers and families to ensure integrated support and generalization of skills
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt services to meet the diverse needs of students across age groups and caseload sizes
