Key Qualifications:
- Hold active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills for working with diverse student groups and faculty
- Strong commitment to evidence-based, individualized intervention
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload
- Conduct screening, assessment, and development of individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and family members to support student progress and access to curriculum
- Maintain compliance with documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary teams, and professional development opportunities onsite
