Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current CCC-SLP credential
- State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in a K-12 education environment is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students onsite
- Assess, diagnose, and manage students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
- Develop and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
