Speech Language Pathologist in Espanola, NM

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Prior experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to develop and implement IEPs and maintain detailed documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs
- Create and deliver evidence-based treatment plans tailored for each student
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, counselors, and parents
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring students receive appropriate services
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
- Provide support, consultation, and training for school staff as needed
