Qualifications/Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license (or eligibility) for Delaware
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience with K-12 students in educational or healthcare settings
• Skill with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Comfortable with pediatric caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide therapy virtually or onsite (onsite preferred)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
