Speech Language Pathologist in Oconomowoc, WI

You’ll work with early childhood through first grade students, with some involvement with second and third graders, all at a single, easy-to-navigate school site.
Your primary role will be to help students develop essential communication skills, ensuring they reach their fullest potential during these formative years. While onsite presence is preferred for building strong relationships and delivering hands-on support, teletherapy (VOCO) candidates may also be considered.
Ideal qualifications and experience include:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
- Active state licensure in Wisconsin
- Previous experience working with early childhood and elementary school-aged children
- Strong collaboration skills for effective teamwork with educators and families
- Comfort with both onsite and virtual service delivery models
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students EC–3rd grade
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support academic and social success
- Maintain meticulous documentation in line with school and district requirements
- Contribute to IEP meetings, supplying valuable input on student progress
- Manage a caseload at a single school, allowing for consistency and relationship-building
