Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship with active supervision
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, though new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Collaborative approach to working with diverse students and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, voice, and fluency services to K-12 students per individual education plans
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress towards student goals
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required for compliance and educational planning
- Consult with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care for students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized strategies
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements in speech-language pathology
