Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred—CFY candidates also considered
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and settings
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation as required by school and regulatory bodies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid capacity
