Qualifications and Experience:
- Current and active SLP license required
- Experience or comfort working with K-12 school-age students
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Organizational skills for caseload management
- Committed to fostering student progress and engagement
- Available for interviews and to start as soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise as an integral team member
- Provide guidance and resources to educators and parents regarding speech and language development
This contract position offers a competitive hourly compensation starting at $55 per hour. Being based at one site makes for a stable and cohesive workday centered on student impact.
