What you bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience working with children in school or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP processes, case management, and progress monitoring
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Organizational abilities to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently
What you’ll do:
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocating for student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate student records, track progress, and document services
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support generalization of skills in the classroom setting
• Stay current with best practices and new developments in the field of speech-language pathology
