Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Stamford, CT

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Experience with preschool-aged children, ideally in school or healthcare settings
- Skilled in evaluation and therapy for speech/language disorders in children
- Knowledge of teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote service delivery a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
- Familiarity with school-based procedures and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to a caseload of 13 preschool students, ages 3-4
- Spend three days per week on therapeutic interventions and two days on initial assessments and evaluations
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual student needs, ensuring progress toward IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and assessments
- Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each child
- Utilize teletherapy as needed while providing in-person services at a single site with a dedicated therapy room
