Qualifications and Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school setting strongly valued; recent graduates (CF) or SLPA applicants may be considered, contingent on available supervision
- Proficient in delivering direct therapy, conducting evaluations, and contributing to the IEP process
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a varied student population
- Evaluate communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Complete timely IEP documentation and progress reports
- Attend PPT (Planning and Placement Team) meetings as required
- Utilize evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes in speech, language, and communication
- Collaborate with school staff and administrators to support student needs
