Key Qualifications:
- Active or pending Nevada SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY status accepted
- Minimum of one year of prior school-based experience (required for virtual positions)
- Proficient supporting K-12 learners; pediatric healthcare SLP background is a plus
- Annual professional liability insurance (required)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30am – 3:30pm (40 hours per week)
- Manage a caseload up to 55 students, working with a variety of communication and language needs across elementary, middle, and high school
- Conduct direct therapy sessions, evaluations, and develop comprehensive treatment plans
- Document student progress and participate in IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student communication outcomes
- Contribute to a positive and productive learning environment, whether through virtual or in-person delivery
