Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Norristown, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP licensure or eligibility in Pennsylvania, with CCC or CFY status
- Experience or training in pediatric, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings
- Comfort with providing direct therapy to students who are blind or visually impaired, and/or have multiple disabilities
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus
- Strong collaborative skills for working with other school professionals and families
What You'll Do:
- Plan and deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy for a caseload of 22 students
- Address a broad spectrum of communication needs, adapting techniques for students with visual impairments and multiple disabilities
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress, IEP goals, and ongoing assessments
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and team consultations to support holistic student success
- Communicate clearly with educators and families, providing resources and strategies for continued support
- Implement therapy sessions both onsite and via teletherapy as needed
