Qualifications:
- Valid CCC-SLP or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Pennsylvania SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school-based or pediatric therapy preferred
- Background in teletherapy or willingness to learn virtual platforms
- Strong understanding of working with children with multiple disabilities, including those who are blind or visually impaired
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students with a variety of needs, focusing on those with visual impairments and multiple disabilities
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care and progress
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Participate actively in team meetings and professional growth activities
