Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic caseload
- Skilled in conducting IEP meetings and administering speech and language evaluations
- Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students, tailoring interventions to individual needs
- Conduct formal and informal assessments
- Develop, implement, and monitor goals as outlined in students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team discussions and IEP meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Engage with teachers and families to share progress and strategies for student success
