Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active SLP license—CCC required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting
- Strong background in completing IEPs and conducting evaluations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary educational teams
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable adapting to changing caseloads and student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy and interventions
- Complete comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Develop, implement, and update IEPs tailored to student needs
- Track progress and maintain thorough documentation
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Contribute to team meetings and provide expertise on communication disorders
