Key Qualifications:
- Current Speech-Language Pathology licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience delivering SLP services within school settings
- Strong skills in conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and delivering evidence-based interventions
- Knowledge of best practices for serving diverse K-12 student populations
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage a dynamic caseload averaging around 45 students
- Conduct student evaluations and collaborate on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide individualized and small group speech-language therapy
- Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
- Attend meetings and consult with multidisciplinary team members, parents, and teachers
- Support students’ communication goals, building confidence and skills for academic success
