Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP licensure for the state or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of clinical competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting is desirable, though not required
  • Solid understanding of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and intervention strategies
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
  • Monitor student progress, document therapy outcomes, and regularly update relevant data and reports
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school professionals to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
  • Support the creation of a positive, inclusive learning environment for students of varying abilities
