What You’ll Need:
- Valid Speech Language Pathologist license for the state of North Carolina
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred, especially working with elementary school caseloads
- Strong skills in conducting speech, language, and hearing screenings, and writing effective IEPs
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and small group settings
- Educate and collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ language development
