Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Newton, North Carolina

Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, educational, or healthcare-related SLP
- Familiarity with school-based practices such as IEP development, progress monitoring, and service delivery
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to document services in ECATS & Medicaid systems
- Commitment to delivering direct therapy as well as consultative and support services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Deliver direct and indirect SLP services for students at both elementary and preschool levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain detailed records and timely documentation in ECATS & Medicaid platforms
- Provide consultative support for teachers and staff to help integrate communication strategies in classrooms
