- Background in school-based therapy or familiarity with IEP processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver approximately six hours of speech-language therapy per week to three students, supporting their communication growth in academic environments
- Schedule and complete all therapy within a single 8-hour day per week, maintaining consistent service
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and evaluate student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with education staff, and communicate with families as needed
- Complete timely documentation and maintain detailed records according to school policies
