Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood and elementary school students
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders in children
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with families and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K–12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure integrated support for each student
- Maintain documentation, progress notes, and ongoing assessment for compliance and program effectiveness
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and planning
