Elementary Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Nashua, NH

Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure (or ability to obtain) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or equivalent
- Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in schools
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs) and school-based documentation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work with caseloads ranging from moderate to profound needs
- CFs and experienced SLPs are welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide recommendations
- Track and report student progress, maintaining compliance with school district policies and state mandates
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to maximize student achievement
