Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings (grades K–12)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to support a varied caseload (moderate to profound needs)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support strategies
