Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active NH SLP certification (or eligibility by start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
  • Prior experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to an elementary caseload
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs
  • Conduct assessments and write detailed, data-driven evaluation reports
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, ensuring each student’s unique needs are addressed
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and staff to integrate strategies throughout the school day
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and school guidelines
