Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Franklin, NH

- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to individualize therapeutic interventions to meet student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess elementary students to determine communication strengths and challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Track progress, maintain documentation, and prepare comprehensive reports
- Educate and support families and staff regarding best practices for speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and professional development as required
