Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligible
  • New Hampshire SLP certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous experience with elementary-aged students is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy to elementary students with a variety of speech and language needs
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Offer consultative support and training to staff and parents as needed
  • Monitor and report on student progress to inform intervention strategies
  • Foster a positive, engaging atmosphere that encourages student growth
