Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Strong background working with pediatric and school-aged children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to student needs
- Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records to track progress and document services
- Participate in meetings and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team atmosphere
